reed Restrictions:

Vicious and aggressive breeds are not allowed.  Breeds may be deemed vicious at the sole discretion of management.  Such breeds include, but are not limited, to the full breed or mix of: Akita, Chow, American Staffordshire terrier, Pit bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Mastiff, and wolf hybrids.

Other animals not allowed:  Snakes, lizards, iguanas, other reptiles, weasels, ferrets, guinea pigs, gerbils,and rabbits.  For more information, please contact our office.

Qualifying Information:

Credit Report:
  A credit report will be obtained for all applicants.  Negative credit information will be reviewed as to the age of the account, account type, and the extensiveness of the negative debt.  Credit reports cannot have any landlord judgements of any kind: skips, evictions or collection accounts relating to rental history.  These will result in an automatic denial.

Rental History:  Prior rental history must be listed.  Please provide six months of current verifiable rental history.  Rental history cannot reflect anything negative.

Income Requirements
:  Applicant(s) total household income (before taxes) must be at least (3) times the amount of the monthly rent.

Criminal background check:  A national criminal background check will be done on each applicant  over the age of 18.  All members of the household will be checked and reviewed for felony and misdemeanor offenses.  This information gathered as a result of this check will determine the approval of the application.

This community is committed to DRUG FREE HOUSING.  The lease agreement prohibits criminal activity, including drug related criminal activity on or near the premises.
