1. What kind of pets do you allow?

Although we allow cats and dogs, we do have restrictions as well as weight limits.  Please call our office for more details.

2.  How many pets can I have?

You are allowed a maximum of two pets per apartment.

3.  Are there any deposits, fees, or monthly charges?

Yes, we require a pet deposit and a monthly pet rent.

4.  What utilities are included in my lease?

We include your water/sewer/and garbage.

5.  How long is the term of my lease?

We have variable lease terms depending on what is available at the time.

6.  Is my security deposit refundable?

Yes, after your move-out inspection has been done we will access any charges due.

7.  When is rent due?

Rent is due at the 1^st of each month.

8.  Can I pay my rent online?

Yes, follow the link on our website.

9.  Do you have reserved parking?

Feel free to park in any of our open parking areas.

10.  Will you accept my packages in the office if I'm not at home?

Yes we will. Feel free to stop by the office and pick it up during business hours.

11. Do you have cable?

Our apartment homes are all cable-ready.  Please contact NPG cable for installation.
