
1. What kind of pets do you allow?
Although we allow cats and dogs, we do have restrictions as well as weight limits. Please call our office for more details.
2. How many pets can I have?
You are allowed a maximum of two pets per apartment.
3. Are there any deposits, fees, or monthly charges?
Yes, we require a pet deposit and a monthly pet rent.
4. What utilities are included in my lease?
Your cable is included. Water/sewer/trash is added to your rent but at a lower cost.
5. How long is the term of my lease?
We have variable lease terms depending on what is available at the time.
6. Is my security deposit refundable?
Yes, at the end of your lease and after your apartment inspection and move-out costs are assessed.
7. When is rent due?
Rent is due the 1st of every month.
8. Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, follow the links on our website.
9. Do you have reserved parking?
Yes, every apartment recieves one covered parking stall.
10. Will you accept my packages in the office if I'm not at home?
Yes, we will. Feel free to stop by during business hours and pick it up.
11. Do you have cable?
Yes, it is included in your rent.
