1. What kind of pets do you allow?

Although we allow cats and dogs, we do have restrictions as well as weight limits.  Please call our office for more details.

2.  How many pets can I have?

You are allowed a maximum of two pets per apartment.

3.  Are there any deposits, fees, or monthly charges?

Yes, we require a pet deposit and a monthly pet rent.

4.  What utilities are included in my lease?

We include your water/sewer/garbage and cable.

5.  How long is the term of my lease?

We have variable lease terms depending on what is available at the time.

6.  Is my security deposit refundable?

Yes, upon move-out we will access any damages and refund your deposit.

7.  When is rent due?

Rent is due the 1^st of every month.

8.  Can I pay my rent online?

Yes, please follow the links on our website.

9.  Do you have reserved parking?

Yes, every resident will reciece one free covered parking stall with every apartment.

10.  Will you accept my packages in the office if I'm not at home?

Yes we will.  Feel free to stop by our office during business hours to pick up your package.

11. Do you have cable?

Yes, it is included in your rent.
